2 Find out where Stalkee lives and usually hangs out at
This is necessary for stalking. How can you stalk someone without actually stalking?!
Finding out where he usually hangs or lives, it might mean that you have to either find out by yourself or with help of others which leads to
3 Tell some of your friends so they can help
Make sure you let some of your friends in onto the act so that they can help you stalk him efficiently. You might accidentally miss out on your stalkee when he walks by but ten pairs of eyes cant miss him!
4 Tools of stalking
These include the handy dandy camera phone (Silent mode please), a camera (digital or not) or anything that you can use to take a sweet picture of your stalkee chewing his food

5 Be friends with stalkees friends
So you can know where he is and when you can accidentally bump into him looking at your most fabulous.
