My cute biochem lecturer <3

Dr. Maurizio Costabile is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!
He’s our biochem lecturer. He’s young and cute.
…And married with kid(s)
But he’s still so cute.

When he did the preliminary lecture with us, I thought he was kinda cute but nothing incredible.
He’s the type of cute that grows on you.
*shrieks with happy giddiness*
Anyho, after our first practical, Kimberley was the one who thought he was really cute. I told her that I just past him and heard him talk about his daughter to the ‘other lab guy’ who’s this old man with a stern and grumpy look and mutters.
*shudders*
I was so freaking afraid of him (not Dr. Costabile, ok?! How can such an adorable guy be scary?) on the first prac last Tuesday.
but not anymore cause he turned out to be a real nice guy :)
Why was I so afraid of him? For the first practical, he didn’t seem very friendly and when the practical was over, I was grabbing my bag to leave and as I was passing by him and Dr. Costabile who were chatting. He asked, “Did you wash your hands?”
And because he has such a low voice that it took me a second to realize that he was talking to me so after I past him, I took a triple take-back (which made Dr. Costabile laugh) and turned back to look at him guiltily. I said with a sheepish grin, “Erm, no? but I’ll get right on to it.”
Anyway, back to the topic about Kimberley liking him first and then finding out about his kid.
She was devastated but has gotten over it.
Though…I’ve never seen a gold ring around his finger…

I started like Dr. Costabile this Tuesday, we had a lecture in the morning and a practical in the afternoon.
During the lecture, a few Chinese students in the middle of the lecture room were chatting and giggling away, giving Dr. Costabile no respect whatsoever. Dr. Costabile just had about enough so he asked rather sternly, “Do you guys have a question?”
They fell silent.
Hmm… too late for that, eh?
“Don’t make me repeat myself,” said Dr. Costabile.
Phwoaaaaaaaar!!
He’s so hot when he got mad. Usually, he’s this easy going guy who smiles a lot. Even when students accidentally left their mobile phones turned on and they start ringing, he’d smile and sway a little to the tune. Isn’t he just so cute? :)
In the practical, I realized that how cute he was. While I was partnering with Debbie Webbie (uh, my housemate, the Debster), he came around to give us help now and then.
Deb had a problem with understanding the dilution thing to obtain a certain concentration so I was explaining it to her.
What I didn’t realize was that Dr. Costabile was standing at the sides just slightly behind us then he came closer. I was still explaining to her but she had trouble understanding. He then came and propped his head on his hands as he leaned his elbows onto the bench. He tilted his head sideways as he listened to me explain. At this stage, I felt very very very hot and that made me very very very self-conscious.
I couldn’t think properly so I was just explaining without thinking, I was busy wondering if my cheeks were burning because they felt like they were on fire!!
Deb still couldn’t understand when I was done so Dr. Mauriozio stepped in, he said, “The way you’re explaining it is perfectly fine,” as he straightened up. “But let’s try another way,” he then proceeded to explain to Deb in a different way.
He said my explaining was perfectly fine!!
*squeals with girlish delight*

When he left, Debbie was like, “Isn’t he cute? The way he put his head like that onto his hands?” she grinned.
YES, HE IS.
I started fanning myself because I felt hot. Debbie and I were both surprised at why I was feeling hot.
Wow. He has such an effect.
@______@
Deb just kept laughing at me because I was pink and fanning myself. Then when we were doing the second part of our practical, we were confused so Deb was like, “Should we ask him?”
I was like, “Ngeh…do we have to?”
“He’s coming over.”
WHAT????
She was chuckling as he came over.
He went, “See… I know when people need my help.” He grinned.
Aww… so helpful.
He started explaining but I was blur. He looked at me and said, “You look confused.”
Yes, I was, sir. Not anymore though, because you taught us :)
Deb said that before she could ask for his help, he was already keeping an out for us and was looking at us. When she looked at him for help, he noticed it before she could raise her hand; he started making his way over.
He’s really nice, isn’t he?

Oh my god… he would so freak out if he finds about this blog but he’s just a cute lecturer. I’m not going to stalk him or anything. He’s just cute and I’m sure most of the skirts in the uni thinks so too.
So um, sir, if you’re reading this, please don’t be offended :)
If it’s any consolation, I think that BioChem is interesting because the way you teach it makes it easier and more fun.

Daniel who takes care of our Biotech lab is pretty cute too. He’s really, really funny. He kept us laughing.
He was like, “Okay, the things up on the bench are considered as clean, anything taken and placed on the bottom of the bench is dirty. So let me sum it up, alright? Up is clean, down is dirty.”
“Up is clean. Down is dirty,” He repeated. “Say it with me, people. Up is clean. Down is dirty.”
LOL.
Then he taught us how to use the pipette. “Just put the pipette into the tip, twist and pull it out,” as he demonstrated for us.
“Let’s do that again!” he said with a kid’s enthusiasm. “Put it in, twist and pull it out. Isn’t that easy??”
LOL.
“It’s so easy yet no one seems to get it,” he grinned.

By the way, Deb and I joined the OCF (Overseas Christian Fellowship) which was really fun. I think Samuel and Erwin are so cute. Samuel oozes of manliness. Erwin looks like this sweet little innocent boy. I swear that he even blinks slowly in an innocent way.
Deb thinks that Maximo likes me. He’s cute too. He has a cute laugh. He’s the guy that I mentioned before, from the BBQ thing. He’s from Salvador but practically a local. He can speak Spanish!!

Oh, Paul returned our turner. He has the loveliest blue eyes. He’s cute too.
God, there are too many cute guys here.
I’m practically dehydrated from all the drooling and the sorching sun is so not helping me.

Anyho, yesterday was the OCF city run. There’s usually a meeting every Friday at 7 till 9.30 and I think I’ll be joining Deb in them.
It’s really fun and great.
Not looking forward to the Bible study though… but I’ve never read the bible before so I guess it’ll be my first time.
I think that it’s alright even if I’m not a Christian.
I believe that all religions are from the same thing so it doesn’t matter to me. I might have to ask my mom if it’s alright though. I enjoy it and because everyone speaks English, I can understand it.

The city run was pretty fun :)
I met new friends from my campus and other campuses too. It’s really great, it’s like everyone’s a whole big family although we don’t really know each other very well yet.
I shall post up pictures, I promise!!

Oh, I met a friend of Soo Hui’s who is her neighbour, Adrian Bock. He’s a nice guy, a bit sarcastic though. Kinda like Soo Hui actually. LOL. I think that if they ever get together, they make a cute couple :)

Oh, in the OCF, there’s another Bruneian dude but he’s working now. He’s Delwin Keasbery. Does that sound familiar?
His aunt is the principal of St. Margret’s!!!
SHARON!! Did you hear me??
He’s a physiotheraphist who’s been in Adelaide for 7 years.
Cool huh? He lives near me too.
