Well… lots of things happened.
The bible study in OCF is quite fun actually. We get to discuss about things written in the bible and share our thoughts and feelings which I think is great.
Deb and I got grouped into the same cell group. It’s a permanent cell study group (for the bible study)
Peter Guoh, who’s from Sudan is also in our group. He’s a real nice guy. Very gentlemanly and soft spoken.
Erwin’s in my group too. YAY!
But beneath the sweet innocent exterior lies something very mysterious indeed. There’s something about him teasing his fellow 2nd year pharmacy friends and mentioning a few odd things about himself. Like he said he had a ‘despicable’ week, saying that he’s actually a ‘mad’ person and that he’s an unhappy person when he doesn’t seem like all that at all.
I’m a little unsure about him now. He’s still quite cute but he always seems like he’s not really there. He doesn’t look into people’s eyes. Most of the time, he looking somewhere on the ground in a dazed way… yeah… I found that pretty intriguing but it’s all starting to be a little sinister instead.
But I’m sure he’s a great guy. I have a whole year to get to know him in this cell group.
My fellow good coursemate, Jane Ng, who’s in 2nd year but studied her first year in Adelaide is in the group.
Danwin, Ayumi (this really pretty, petite Indonesian girl), Huey Yi, Deborah, Celina (a.k.a the Quiet One) and even Delwin’s in my group.
2 bruneians in a cell group.
What were they thinking???
Del’s a great guy. Deb and I agree that he’s sweet, gentle, devoted to his Gilian yet cool and manly at the same time.
Samuel has a girlfriend so he’s off limits. He’s actually from Hong Kong. So that explains his funny English accent. He’s really funny though.
Ming’s kinda cute too. He’s funny too.
Lots of people here are cute and funny!
I think Ayumi likes me.
I met her yesterday. She didn’t join us for the first cell group. We were walking to our study room so we introduced ourselves. While chatting with Ayumi, there’s like a static shock when she brushed her hand against my arm. She was holding some chocolate shake or something.
The static shock happened three times.
I turned to her and asked her if she realized that she shocked me three times. She looked puzzled.
I then asked her if she was attracted to me.
She started laughing.
I got a little suspicious.
After the cell group, we were heading back to HH3-09 room when she WINKED AT ME.
I got really scared. I told Deb. She only laughed and said I was funny.
-_________-“
No one takes me seriously.
LOL.
Anyway, she’s a great person. She has like a Caucasian boyfriend.
Like wow.
There’s an Easter Camp thing. Deb and I might go for a day. It’s supposed to be for four days and three nights but it’s quite expensive (A$80 for the whole camp and $30 for a day) and Deb might be visiting her grandmother and aunty in Melbourne somewhere near the Easter holidays.
Soo Hui called me just now and I told her that. She wants to head to Melbourne too.
Maybe we might go to Melbourne with Deb and stay in some backpacker’s motel for two days or something.
Well… we’ll see…
I still have so much stuff to do.
SHARON!! Bad news! Dr. Costabile’s lectures are done!! He’ll be back before the end of the semester to teach us something. Everyone was disappointed because he’s such a great lecturer. Not to mention cute.
Me so sad :(
Plus, my afternoon BioChem practicals has ended too!! I won’t be seeing him after Tuesday’s tutorial, till the end of the semester!!

Kimberley and I are absolutely crushed.
Oh, we saw Paul today. He’s so cute.
I can sniff him a mile away. Sometimes when we’re heading back home, I would sniff the air and say, “I smell Paul.”
Freakily, 9 out of 10 times I’m right.
Deb always asks me what he smells like. I tell her that he doesn’t have a scent. She gets all confused.
He came by while we were studying on the dining table and we had hung out our clothes to dry. He has to pass the clothes line in order to get into the back of his store. Our clothes line is at the left side of our house and his store’s back door is further down left. As he went past our kitchen window, he gave us a smile. We waved and he took steps backwards and shouted something to us. Unfortunately, we don’t have super hearing.
Since our underwear and stuff were there, Deb and I quickly went to clear them so that he didn’t have to duck his head down everytime.
Plus our underwear’s out there!!
Deb got there first and she was talking to him. He apologized for the mess that they left. He gave her a cute apologetic grin by grinning brightly at her, his head tilting up slightly with one leg sticking out. Deb laughed and said that it was alright because we don’t walk to the sides of the house often, only to hang our clothes.
I came and said, “Hi Paul!”
He grinned, “Hi darling! How are you?”
“Fine thanks!”
“Everything going alright?”
“Yup!”
“That’s great!”
I love talking to him because he’s so loud and bubbly. He’s wacky but sweet. He called Deb ‘Darl’ and called me ‘Darling’
I tried to rub it in to Deb but she just gave me the hand. You know, the hand that just says, “talk to the hand”
I know she’s jealous XD
Have I mentioned Prince Charles yet? He’s not a real prince but he’s kinda cute too. He’s mixed of Chinese and Macau I think. He’s quite tall. At first, he’s not so friendly. In fact, he said that he never noticed us before. ME?? NOT NOTICED?? @___@
Anyho… we met him at an Asian banquet some two weeks ago and he’s pretty alright. We all didn’t like him at first because he’s a little arrogant and when Deb handed him his paper, he didn’t say thank you or when Huey Yeng opened the door for him, he didn’t even look at her. Maybe… he had trouble seeing us… the poor boy.
But at least now, he smiles and waves at us. Especially me :)
The rest of the class aren’t any friendlier, except for a few. Perhaps they are a little hesitant to befriend us.
I guess cause they’re in their 2nd year so they have their own group and stuff. It’s a little sad but Adrian Ho attracts them like flies. They all like talking and approaching Adrian. Especially the girls.
He still intimidates me a bit but at least I can kinda talk to him. He doesn’t really look at me but he’s treating me a whole lot better than a certain housemate (uh, not Deb)
I think that slowly but surely, we can become friends. Even Chiew Lee and I seem to have forgotten the past and gone back to our PRIME days. Though, I prefer being around Kimberley due to her quick wit and humour.
Oh. Deb’s now the PRESIDENT OF THE BIOTECH SOCIETY.
I’m the Year 2 class representative :)
There was a meeting for the biotech society but not many people showed up so most of us got the posts.
Thanusha’s the secretary. Kimberley’s the vice president. Huey Yeng’s the treasurer. Corrine’s the events coordinator. Corrine’s real nice.
Well, that’s all I can say for now.
There’s gonna be quizzes coming up so I’ve gotta start studying.
