Sports? Moi?? I don't do sports!!

Yesterday we had sports day with all the three OCF centers from Flinders, Adelaide Uni and UniSA. It was really fun. I didn’t really want to go because it was just going to be me. Debbie left for Melbourne on Thursday night (I returned on that morning) and Huey Yeng’s on a camp with her Buddhist club.
Why didn’t I join the Buddhist club? Well… I think I need a break sometimes… from someone…
Anyway… Del was going so he was taking me. I was going to do registration to help out. Debbie and I really like Del, we agree that he’s almost ideal.
I told him that too, although it may not be a smart move. He’s already in love with Gillian who is ever so lucky and he certainly doesn’t need any ideas of two silly girls who think he’s ‘ideal’ but he has a good nature and he’ll most likely take it lightly.
He’s really great, he’s neat (He says he likes coming home to a clean neat house), he’s hardworking, he’s cool (look at his car and the level he turns up his music to!), he’s good-looking, he’s quite buff, he’s got a great sense of humour, he’s mature yet there’s a playful boyish side to him. He’s not cracking jokes all the time or your average clown but there’s something about him. He’s got this aura of tranquility surrounding him plus he’s easy to talk to.
I didn’t that he was that good-looking but Soo Hui and Debbie said that he was quite cute when they first saw him. But people grows on me.

The registration thing was a bit stressful but me and Yu Ting managed to sort it out and boy, it was such a satisfying thing to have completed all the names and arranged everything so that everyone can play. There was soccer, basketball and captain ball. I didn’t plan to play anything but I ended up playing captain ball because it looked like so much fun and it WAS!!!
Then we had a game of soccer whereby 20 girls had to versus 10 pairs of boys (they have to link arms to play) It was so funny and strange. The boys still won, 2-1.
At least we scored a point, near the end of the game. I would prefer not to point out that we had two goalkeepers and two boy defenders but I just did.

Soo Hui didn’t go. She said that it was too early for her.
I got a good work out that day but for lunch we had pizza. I had a few slices and a coke zero which is soooo not healthy.
I made a few new friends but it wasn’t really easy sticking into a group because everyone else had a group. Sometimes I was left on my own but that’s better than to have this really strange guy who keeps looking for me to tell him more lame jokes. He is soooo lame.
“What can you find at the back door of a cafeteria?”
Back-teria!
“Why does a patient get upset and nauseous when they are told to stay over in the hospital?”
Because they’re ‘in-patient’ (impatient)
It’s so lame that I left like tearing my hair out.

My body is a little achy now.
This is how little exercise I get.
Huey Yeng will be back tomorrow. Aih… then Debbie’s coming back on Thursday…that means a few days of ‘bonding’
I will have to hide out in my room and hopefully, she doesn’t come and stalk me… literally…

Maybe Soo Hui will come by today. It’s Easter!!!
We got ourselves an egg ^^
Oh, Soo Hui’s housemate, Sobana, who is the best friend of Maarishni who moved into my room in Klang. Yes, confusing, I know.
She hit by a drunk driver and broke her shin bone last Saturday night!! It was so scary because I saw her a few hours before she got hit. She was all dolled up and ready to go clubbing. It’s so sad!!!
She’s alright now I suppose but it’s the holidays!!!
I suppose that’s better than having classes, I wouldn’t like to walk around much with a broken shin. I rather lie in bed and being fed grapes by good-looking guys.
